Sarah McCusker

Occupational Psychologist

Sarah obtained her BSc Psychology at Queen’s University Belfast. She later gained her MSc in Occupational Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University. For her MSc thesis, she looked at the effects of a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis on Self-efficacy at work.

Before joining Impact Consulting Business Psychologists Ltd in 2007, she worked with Chandler Macleod, a consulting company based in Australia, where she helped recruit candidates for positions In England. She has recently been working on assessment and development centres.

Sarah is a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society and she is working towards becoming a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. She has obtained the level A and intermediate level B Certificates of Competence in Occupational testing.  She has been working in the NHS and a range of Government departments in England.

Her areas of interest include Personnel Selection and Development, Career Coaching, Health Psychology and Team Building.
