Dr Phil Bardzil (BSc. Hons 1st class Psychology; MSc. Organisational Psychology; PhD. Organisational Psychology & Marketing; C.Psychol,)

Phil is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with considerable experience in executive coaching, staff selection and development, and service quality improvement. He has worked extensively in both public and private sector organisations (inc NHS trusts nationally, DEFRA nationally, Avon Police, Kelloggs PLC, Australia Life, Coop PLC, L’Oreal). He is a full member of the Division of Occupational Psychology, within the British Psychological Society (BPS), and is qualified to administer a wide range of psychometric instruments (including OPQ, Wave, MBTI, and various 360 competency tools). Phil’s PhD research focused on the relationship between management characteristics and subsequent organisational service quality. Phil has been MD of a subsidiary of a multi-national PLC, providing a sound practical basis for his freelance consultancy work. He also maintains research links with Manchester Business School (University of Manchester) where he has been Co-Director of a Research Centre in Organisational Psychology. Phil has developed his own intervention model and a number of psychometric instruments.
