She is co-author of ‘Tools for Managing Diversity' published by the CIPD in 1998 and was the Update Editor of the British Psychological Society's latest edition of ‘Review of Personality Assessment Instruments (Level B) for Use in Occupational Settings'. Nicole has a wealth of experience in working with all sorts of organisations to help them move towards diversity goals. Nicole has been facilitating cross-sectoral action learning sets within the Lancashire and Cumbria Strategic Health Area.
