Nicole Banerji

Chartered Occupational Psychologist

Nicole is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She has worked in a consultancy role since 1986, formerly for Pearn Kandola where she was responsible for heading up the Manchester Office, and since 2001 she has worked on an independent basis and as an associate of Impact Consulting Business Psychologists Ltd.

Over her 17 years in consultancy she has specialised in:

• Diversity and equality issues
• Development of people at work
• Fair and effective assessment.

She is co-author of ‘Tools for Managing Diversity' published by the CIPD in 1998 and was the Update Editor of the British Psychological Society's latest edition of ‘Review of Personality Assessment Instruments (Level B) for Use in Occupational Settings'. Nicole has a wealth of experience in working with all sorts of organisations to help them move towards diversity goals. Nicole has been facilitating cross-sectoral action learning sets within the Lancashire and Cumbria Strategic Health Area. Some of her clients include: Abbey National, Cabinet Office, Consumers Association, Ford UK, Home Office, Lloyds TSB, Prudential, Security Services (MI5).
