Linda Miller has extensive experience in the public and private sectors, including consultancy, teaching and lecturing, sales and health and safety. In her consultancy role, Linda has accrued considerable expertise in designing and managing projects for a range of organisations in a range of occupational psychology areas including:

Training design and implementation, competency framework development, management competencies and development centres, psychometric assessment, career development counselling, job evaluation for senior managers, selection and assessment for wide ranging positions from top executives to front-line staff, human resource surveys and organisational research.

Linda has developed a competency framework for a sales administration role and has a strong interest in the issues surrounding the use of competency approaches. Her research has evaluated the effectiveness of assessing management competencies for a leading psychometric test publisher. Linda is experienced in the use of psychometric tests for selection and development and runs test training courses.

Linda has worked with NHS organisations, conducting job evaluation for senior managers and facilitating training workshops. Linda has worked with West Pennine Health Authority and Oldham PCG on Career Development for staff being redeployed. Throughout her career Linda has accrued considerable expertise in designing and implementing educational, vocation and staff training programmes and established an interest in equal opportunities. Linda's most recent work includes, design of an appraisal system, job evaluation for senior NHS managers, conflict training for Community Health Councils and running Human Resource Surveys.
