Professor Joanna Kozubska, DPhil, UK Director of Studies, SEAL Program has a wealth of experience in helping others develop themselves. She has experience in motivational speaking, facilitating, and programme design. She also has experience in personal mentoring and coaching.

She has a unique ability to excite people by sharing ideas and drawing out relevance through individual mentoring and coaching work, presentations and facilitated development programmes. She explores the complexity and the potential which lies within individuals, and supports them in their quest for personal growth, fulfilment and professional achievement whatever their age or status. Joanna has designed a number of action learning programmes for various organisations.

Joanna has designed action learning programmes for organisations including Dupont, Allied Irish Banks, Nat west, Westpac Banking Corporation, Trafalgar House, BUPA, Fina plc, St Helier Hospital Trust, National Australia Bank, Bekaert, Swan Hunter Shipbuilders and Shell. Her book The Seven Keys of Charisma instructs corporate types on how they can transform from managers into 'leaders'. She says: 'We may not be able to learn to be charismatic per se, but we can identify particular behaviours that appear to achieve the particular results we desire.'
