She has experience in motivational speaking, facilitating, and programme design. She also has experience in personal mentoring and coaching. She has a unique ability to excite people by sharing ideas and drawing out relevance through individual mentoring and coaching work, presentations and facilitated development programmes. She explores the complexity and the potential which lies within individuals, and supports them in their quest for personal growth, fulfilment and professional achievement whatever their age or status.
