Amanda is a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society and acts as a full time consultant at Impact Consulting Business Psychologists Ltd in both the public, not for profit and private sectors. She has an MSc in occupational psychology and psychometric testing certificates level A and intermediate level B as well as a post graduate certificate in public and not for profit sector management. Amanda's employment background has been mainly focused in mental health management in both the voluntary and public sectors, where she has been responsible for recruitment, selection, training, development, supervision and appraisals.
