Allison joined Impact Consulting Business Psychologists in December 2006. Previously she worked for the North West Strategic Health Authority as Organisational Development Officer where she project managed Leadership Programmes for NHS, Social Care and voluntary organisations. She has 17 years experience of working in the NHS in a variety of different departments.

She works as Executive Assistant to Shelly Rubinstein providing support to a variety of projects. She has academic qualifications in Personnel and Business and Finance and also has essential key skills.
