Dr Phil Bardzil

Senior Consultant & Chartered Occupational Psychologist

Phil is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with considerable experience in executive coaching, staff selection, organisational development and service quality improvement.

He has worked extensively in both public and private sector organisations including a number of NHS Trusts, DEFRA, Avon Police, Kellogg's, Australia Life, the Co-operative and L'Oreal.

Phil is a full member of the Division of Occupational Psychology, within the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is qualified to administer a wide range of psychometric instruments including OPQ, Wave, MBTI, and various 360 competency tools. His business experience includes a role as the Managing Director of a multi-national plc.
