Cathy O'Neill

Business Psychologist

Cathy obtained her BSc from the University of Ulster in 2001 and her MSc from the University of Manchester.

Cathy is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and is presently working towards becoming a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. She has obtained the level A and level B certificates of competence in occupational testing.

Cathy holds a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development's (CIPD) certificate in training practice. She has experience in all areas of the training cycle: training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation for both accredited and unaccredited training. Specific areas of interest include training, career coaching and team building.
