Who are we
Manchester based Impact Consulting have been successfully operating as Business Psychologists since January 1994 in the Public, Private and Voluntary sectors.

What we do

We are a Consultancy Service well equipped to look objectively at your development needs and specialise in the following areas; recruitment and selection; strategic business planning and development; organisational development and change management; team building; conflict resolution; work related stress; personal development; coaching; counselling; mentoring and Action Learning.

We provide a wide variety of bespoke training programmes and assist organisations in moving forward during organisational change.  We provide a service for smaller clients who do not have a Human Resources Department but need assistance without the investment of full time staff.

As Occupational Psychologists, we deliver a range of psychometric tests as well as developing questionnaires, competency frameworks, undertaking research projects and data analysis for clients.

We have expertise in managing diversity and equal opportunities

Our service is completely confidential and follows the code of ethics laid down by the British Psychological Society (BPS), we are covered under the BPS Professional Indemnity Scheme and have had no claims.  We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.
