This process of evaluation and review is carried out through workshops on annual evaluation, strategic planning review, customer satisfaction surveys, 360 degrees feedback and redundancy, retirement and outplacement counselling.

Our Experience

  • Prepared reports and appeared as an expert witness in successful cases for defendants e.g. Bolton Hospitals NHS Trust.
  • Interviewed claimants and prepared reports for claimants on behalf of the Royal College of Nursing in sensitive cases involving clinical governance issues.
  • Carried out an investigation into allegations of harassment and bullying at a Substance Misuse agency in the voluntary sector, interviewed staff, examined documents and presented report and recommendations for action to the Management Board.
  • Assisted a Health Authority in the aftermath of a serious case of medical misconduct by a GP, by investigating processes, making recommendations about the running of the practice and working with the staff to deal with the press intrusion and issues arising from the court case.
